12-month limited warranty on most electronic components.
3-month limited warranty on sprayer and spreader components.

Aircraft electronics and control modules are covered for 12-months excluding spraying and spreading systems.
Spraying and spreading system parts have 3-month warranties.

Specifics are as follows:

  • 12 Months: Aircraft frame, ESC, RTK, motors, smart controller, charger, radar, etc.
  • 3 Months: Flow meter, impeller pump, sprinkler, servo, solenoid vent valve, etc.
  • 15 Days: Propellers, spread tank, cables, hose, structural module, etc.
  • Battery: 12 months or 1,000 cycles (whichever comes first).

Not all crashes or damages are considered the result of a hardware malfunction. The following scenarios are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Pilot or User Error: Any damages resulting from user or pilot mistakes, including improper operation, handling, or negligent use.
  • Obstacle Collisions:
    • Crashes caused by ascending or descending into obstacles, such as:
      • Initiating a mission from the top of an obstacle.
      • Colliding with overhead objects during automated return-to-home ascent.
      • Attempting to clear one obstacle while inadvertently hitting another (e.g., flying over trees but hitting a parallel power line).
    • Collisions with wires, cables, power lines, or similar objects of any type or size are not covered.
    • Collisions with non-wire objects less than 1 inch in diameter are not covered.
    • Collisions occurring while obstacle avoidance is disabled are excluded.
    • Crashes occurring at 6 feet or less above the ground are not covered.
  • Speed-Related Incidents: Crashes while flying faster than 45 ft/s are excluded.
  • Multiple Drone Collisions: Impacts involving more than one drone during fleet operations are not covered.
  • Manual Flight Accidents: Crashes during manual flight mode are excluded unless conclusively caused by a verified component failure.
  • Documentation and Warranty Period:
    • Claims submitted without adequate documentation—including flight logs, photos, or videos—will be declined.
    • Any incidents occurring outside the 12-month warranty period from the drone’s receipt date are not covered.
  • Terrain-Following Misjudgments: Collisions caused by misjudgment during terrain-following that result in overhead impacts are excluded.

Potentially Covered Incidents:

  • Accidents caused by a verified physical component failure (e.g., motor, arm, propeller) may be considered, provided:
    • The drone was properly maintained and regularly serviced.
    • Pre-flight inspections were conducted.
    • Critical components were kept clean and free of debris.
    • Only approved OEM parts were used.
    • Sufficient documentation proving the failure was submitted.
