About the Matrice 4T

The Matrice 4T includes a thermal camera, infrared sensing, and night vision, making it well-suited for applications that require visibility in low light or thermal conditions. The Matrice 4E focuses on high-resolution visual imaging without thermal capabilities.

The Matrice 4T features a multi-camera system designed for a variety of inspection, public safety, search and rescue, and situational awareness applications. It combines wide-angle, medium tele, telephoto, thermal, and infrared capabilities in one compact platform.

Yes. The Matrice 4T is designed for nighttime operations and includes low-light and infrared capabilities to help operators maintain visibility in dark or low-light environments.

It can be used for a wide range of applications, including public safety, search and rescue, inspections, emergency response, ranch and livestock monitoring, and other situations where aerial visual and thermal data can provide additional awareness.

Flying the Matrice 4T

To activate the Matrice 4T, power on the aircraft and DJI RC Plus 2 controller, connect the controller to Wi-Fi or a hotspot, and follow the on-screen instructions in the DJI Pilot 2 app.

Flight time can vary depending on flight conditions, payload, temperature, wind, and other factors. Refer to DJI's specifications for the rated maximum flight time and always plan flights with appropriate battery reserves.

No. It is not rated as waterproof by the manufacturer. In our testing, we have flown the drone in light to moderate rain for 25+ minutes without experiencing adverse effects. However, we recommend avoiding flight in rain or wet conditions whenever possible.

It is operated using the DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise remote controller and DJI Pilot 2. The controller provides access to flight controls, camera functions, flight planning, and other aircraft settings.

Battery & Support

A full battery charge takes approximately 78 minutes. Using Ready-to-Fly Mode, the battery can reach approximately 90% in 60 minutes.

A variety of accessories are available for the Matrice 4T, including additional batteries, charging equipment, and other equipment designed to support different operational needs.
